When I decided to start this project, I really didn't have a theme in mind, I just knew that I wanted to start writing again.  I considered several ideas, and finally settled on "Random Thoughts" because I want to write about whatever pops into my head and not be restricted by a particular subject.  So this blog will be about whatever I feel like writing about...it could be an opinion on some world issue, a funny story about something that happened on one of my flights, a crazy idea that popped into my head, or even a recipe I like so much that I wanted to share it.

I would like to think that I will make regular postings (the goal is at least once a week), but with "mi vida loca", it may be once a week, once a month, or everyday.  Once again, the word "random" comes to mind....

A lot of what I am able to do will depend on my work schedule.  Often, I fly six days a week with one day off.  I suppose that some would consider me a "workaholic" but I really do love my job, so "work" really isn't work, if you know what I mean.  I consider my job an adventure.  I could work the same flight, six days a week for an entire month, and no two flights would be the same, because the people would be different.  Those of you who work with the public know exactly what I am talking about! 

That's all for now.  I am leaving on a 4-day trip later today and I have to pack, and maybe sleep a few hours in there somewhere...
